One part dried mullein flowers or double the amount of leaves.
One part dried mugwort leaves
Half part lavender buds
Half part mint leaves of choice
25 drops Bleeding Heart tincture
Cover herbs with boiling water and let steep for at least fifteen minutes (up to half an hour). Pour and add sweetener if desired (honey is preferable). Add up to 25 drops of bleeding heart root tincture to the the brew and drink before bed.
